Shipping Information

I ship all chalices via US Postal Service Priority Mail with tracking. It usually takes 2 days to be delivered.  I love on a tiny island in the Pacific Northwest and we only have mail service on week days and only one mail boat per day.  I can usually get your chalices packaged and to the post office within 2 days, so it might take a week to actually reach you.

If you are ordering more than one chalice or need expedited shipping, please email me prior to placing an order.  It is often easier for me to combine shipping and send you an invoice.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

I aim to delight my customers.I love making art that reflects our Unitarian values and I want my customers to absolutely love their chalice.It is kind of like the wands in the Harry Potter world. I believe that there is a perfect wand (or chalice ) for each person or group.

If your chalice arrives damaged, please email me and I will replace it and pay for the extra shipping.

 If you are not satisfied with your chalice or change your mind,  I will offer a different chalice in its place.  I ask that the return shipping be paid by you and the 2nd chalice shipping will be paid by me.
